1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to idn96, an online betting platform operating under a valid international licence. This Terms and Conditions document governs the entire relationship between you as the user and idn96 as the platform operator. By accessing the idn96 website, downloading our mobile app, registering an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to cease using the idn96 platform immediately. idn96 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will make every effort to inform players of any significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.

These terms are to be read together with the idn96 Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy. Both documents are considered part of the overall agreement between you and idn96.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the idn96 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any territory where online betting is absolutely prohibited by law.
• Registering with your accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Not having been previously banned from using idn96 services.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or with the intent to circumvent any prohibition.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at idn96. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — even using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited. idn96 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and any account suspected of being a duplicate may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and the payment method you intend to use. idn96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a delay in withdrawal processing.

3 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your idn96 account login credentials, including your username and password. idn96 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Avoid sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the idn96 customer support team immediately. idn96 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's negligence in safeguarding their own account credentials.

The idn96 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, we recommend that you always log out of your account after each gaming session, especially when using a shared device.

• Use a password containing at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.
• Do not save passwords in a web browser on a public device.
• Report any suspicious activity to idn96 support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Idn96 supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including internet banking transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB), as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All available payment methods will be displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the platform's payment page. All deposits are processed in real time and will be credited to your idn96 account shortly after transaction confirmation. idn96 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the player's name. idn96 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the selected payment method.

• KYC verification (identity documents) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds will only be transferred to an account registered under the same player's name.
• Idn96 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
• Unclaimed withdrawals after 90 days may be subject to account review.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are set based on the player's VIP membership tier.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Idn96 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses offered are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. Players are encouraged to read and understand those terms before accepting any bonus.

Wagering Requirements: Almost all deposit bonuses and free bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager a specified amount (typically 20x to 40x the bonus value) before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

Idn96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. Players suspected of exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts, hedging bets, or other dishonest methods may forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings.

6 General Game Rules

All games available at idn96, including slot games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and table games, are subject to general rules and their respective game-specific rules. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent certification body iTech Labs, ensuring every round is fair and cannot be manipulated.

For live casino games, all dealer actions are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the video recording of the gaming session will serve as primary evidence in the investigation process. The decision of the idn96 dispute resolution team is final and binding.

For sports betting, all bets are subject to idn96's sports betting rules. Odds may change at any time before an event begins. idn96 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, confirmed match manipulation, or other exceptional circumstances.

• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to limits set by idn96.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical or software error will be voided.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing.
• Idn96 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Activities on the idn96 Platform

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the idn96 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.

• Money Laundering: Using the idn96 platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities is a serious criminal offence.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automation software (bots) is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using hedged betting techniques to fulfil bonus wagering requirements.
• Identity Theft: Registering or using an account with another person's personal information without their consent.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the idn96 platform through cyberattacks or other means.
• Unauthorised Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Idn96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. In most cases, idn96 will endeavour to provide advance notice to the affected player.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the idn96 customer support team. Before account closure is processed, all eligible fund balances in the account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to the settlement of any outstanding wagering requirements.

• Accounts suspended under investigation will not be able to access the platform until the investigation is complete.
• In cases of termination due to fraud, funds in the account may be fully forfeited.
• Players who have set up self-exclusion are not permitted to register a new account during the exclusion period.
• Idn96 retains transaction records for the duration required by applicable law.

9 idn96 Limitation of Liability

Idn96 provides its online betting platform on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties regarding uninterrupted continuous availability. While we strive to keep the platform operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, occasional technical disruptions may occur due to system maintenance, software updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Idn96 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, service interruptions, or technical errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Players acknowledge that betting involves real financial risk and idn96 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes. All outcomes are random and determined by an independently certified RNG system.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Idn96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version of these terms will always be available on the idn96 website, and the most recent update date will be displayed at the top of this document.

We will provide notice of significant changes via email to the registered address or through in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which idn96 is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
